User Agreement

By using DevOps Study, creating an account, or accessing the learning area, you agree to comply with this User Agreement, the Public Offer, the Privacy Policy, and other mandatory notices published on the website.

The service is intended for lawful educational use. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked if use violates this Agreement, the law, or the rights and safety of other users.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not transfer account access to third parties, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to administrative, payment, or infrastructure features.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, credential abuse, harmful automation, or actions that degrade the availability, integrity, or security of the service.

It is prohibited to upload malicious files, interfere with billing flows, scrape restricted content in bulk, or exploit the educational platform for unauthorized commercial redistribution.

Educational materials, design elements, branding, code, and platform content are protected by law and may only be used within the limits expressly permitted by the service.

Unless otherwise stated, access to the platform grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the content for personal learning purposes only.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis if recurring payments are enabled for the selected payment method and the user has expressly agreed to automatic charges under the Public Offer.

The current price, billing frequency, cancellation method, and refund rules are disclosed on the website and in the Public Offer. You may cancel future renewals from the profile area or by contacting support where the payment method requires manual assistance.

DevOps Study may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, payment failure, legal violations, fraud risk, or other circumstances that threaten the platform, the provider, or other users.

Termination of access does not release the user from obligations that arose before termination, including payment, refund, or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.

Continued use of the service after publication of an updated version means acceptance of the updated terms, unless mandatory law requires a different procedure.
